A Knowsley Hall Wedding- the most beautiful wedding venue in Liverpool

A perfect, elegant wedding venue steeped in history and charm.

Knowsley Hall is one of my absolute favourite venues for a few reasons. Firstly, you feel the wow factor from the second you buzz into the gates and sweep up the long driveway towards the hall, past parkland and beautiful gardens (Knowsley Hall is set within 2,500 acres of parkland!). When you see the hall itself, it takes your breath away, standing proudly as it has done for generations. Although Knowsley Hall is easily accessible from Liverpool, Manchester and Cheshire, you feel as though you are entering your own completely different world as soon as you arrive. And as an exclusive use venue, it's all yours!

Another reason that I love this Merseyside wedding venue is, once inside, the sumptuous antique furniture and tasteful decor create the perfect backdrop for an elegant wedding. I love history and old houses (yes, I'm obsessed with period dramas, too!) and Knowsley Hall is full of romantic, timeless charm. The beautiful drawing rooms, Stucco ballroom, and State Dining Room are the perfect setting for a truly special occasion. You will really feel like royalty when you get married here, and will definitely be treated like VIPs by the dedicated events team. With 17 bedrooms also available, you and your guests can also stay over to make the experience even more magical.

Finally, I love Knowsley Hall as a Liverpool and Knowsley wedding photographer, because my fine art inspired, light and airy style of photography fits so well with this beautiful venue. I especially love capturing all of the beautiful details and using the gardens and lake as a backdrop to tell the story of your day.

Nerkesha and Jamie celebrated their special day here with their family and friends in style! From black tie suits and classic white florals to Nerkesha's stunning silk dress, they managed to combine elegance with a relaxed feel for their guests to enjoy the day to the full.

Nerkesha looked absolutely amazing as she walked through the drawing room doorways and into the Stucco Ballroom for the wedding ceremony.

Following the ceremony, it's time for drinks, confetti, and canapés.

The possibilities for couple photos around the stunning Knowsley Hall are endless, the gardens are just so beautiful. For Nerkesha and Jamie, this was a moment to be together, laugh, reflect on the ceremony and connect before their wedding breakfast.

Then on to the meal and speeches in the stunning State Dining Room.

Finally, after a beautiful meal prepared by Knowlsley Hall's dedicated chef, the couple and guests made their way back into the Stucco Ballroom for the evening reception, kicked off by the cutting of the cake. The first dance was closely followed by a mum and daughter dance which brought a few tears to the eyes!
